• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)

• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation

• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)

• Credit card must be in Booking Guest's name

In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME. Example: IF it is your VRBO account, you CANNOT use your mother-in-law/husband/sister/cat's credit card.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS OVERVIEW
